The Rockland County Legislature honored four community leaders during its 2026 Black History Month celebration on Wednesday.
Distinguished Service Awards were presented by Legislators Toney L. Earl, Dr. Dana G. Stilley and Dr. Aney Paul. The awards recognize individuals whose leadership, service and dedication have made a lasting impact across Rockland County.
This year's honorees are Michelle Bullock, Anthony Burrows, Donnette Darling and Cari Davis.
