Four people were arrested after police say a man was attacked with a baseball bat at a gas station in Ulster County.

State Police said troopers responded around 9 a.m. Tuesday to the Mobil station on Route 209 in Wawarsing for reports of multiple people fighting.

Investigators said several individuals assaulted a 43-year-old man using a baseball bat.

The victim was taken to Garnet Health Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police arrested three adults from Ellenville and a 16-year-old juvenile in connection with the assault.

Authorities said the suspects face felony and misdemeanor charges related to the alleged attack.

All four were arraigned and remanded to the Ulster County Jail pending future court appearances.
