A Westchester athlete helped the U.S. men’s curling team score a big Olympic win on Sunday in Briarcliff Manor.

Danny Casper, a 24‑year‑old from Briarcliff Manor, helped the U.S. defeat defending Olympic champion Sweden.

Casper scored multiple points in the 8‑2 victory.

The U.S. squad is the youngest men’s Olympic curling team in U.S. history.
