A car crashed into a utility pole after leaving the road in Central Nyack Sunday afternoon.

The crash happened on Upper Depew Avenue, knocking out power and forcing the road to close for a time.

Traffic camera images showed crews at the scene as the damaged pole blocked part of the roadway.

Upper Depew Avenue has since reopened, and Orange & Rockland reports no outages in the area.

No charges have been filed against the driver.
