Free fall festival returns to McLean Avenue with rides, music and local vendors
The rescheduled McLean Avenue Fall Festival is set to return to Yonkers this weekend after being postponed because of weather.
The free event will take place Saturday from noon to 6 p.m. along McLean Avenue between Woodlawn Avenue and Harding Avenue. Organized by the McLean Avenue Merchants Association and the City of Yonkers, the festival will feature carnival rides, games, family-friendly activities, live entertainment and local vendors.
Visitors can also enjoy food trucks, neighborhood restaurants and shopping opportunities from local merchants and craft vendors throughout the afternoon.
Festival organizers say the event is designed to bring the community together while highlighting the businesses and organizations that make the McLean Avenue corridor a popular destination.
