A Congers man is accused of possessing child sexual abuse material, state police say.

Dylan Schneider was arrested Tuesday following an investigation that began in May.

Police say Schneider was in possession of images and videos that depicted the sexual exploitation of children, including some as young as 4-years-old.

Schneider has been charged with three counts of possessing or accessing with intent to view an obscene sexual performance by a child less than 16 years of age.

He is expected to appear in Clarkstown Town Court later this month.
