A Yonkers woman admits she took thousands of dollars from people in need of housing.

Prosecutors say 52-year-old Norma Tirado took money from at least 10 victims.

She promised to get them Section 8 housing, but kept the cash and never delivered.

Tirado pleaded guilty to larceny charges. She is expected to receive three years of probation and pay $10,000 in restitution.
