Police say a Newburgh man was arrested for a deadly hit-and-run that happened last December.
Alcio R. Poma-Romero, 57, was charged with leaving the scene of that deadly crash.
The crash happened on 366 South St. A utility crew found a man unresponsive.
The victim later died at the hospital.
