A Port Chester man accused of possessing and sharing child sex abuse material was arrested on Thursday.

The Westchester District Attorney’s Office says 21-year-old Christopher Mendoza used Snapchat to send a video depicting a man abusing a girl around the age of 7.

He also was in possession of another video showing a child engaging in sexual activity, according to prosecutors.

Authorities say Mendoza was released on his own recognizance and is set to appear in court at a later date.
