A Westchester nonprofit is hosting a gala for cancer research on Friday.
"Building a Cure" is partnering with the American Cancer Society for the event at Marina del Rey in the Bronx.
The event will feature live performances by popular musicians and comedians from the Hudson Valley.
The gala starts at 6 p.m.
