Allegations are said to date back to 2019.
Clarkstown Democrats and candidates for local office gathered outside Town Hall on Tuesday to call for accountability and leadership changes.
In a statement, Clarkstown said it takes complaints of harassment very seriously.
The town added that it is legally barred from releasing information related to harassment complaints or investigations.
News 12 is working to independently confirm the allegations.
News 12 also sought records related to complaints about the employee through a Freedom of Information Law request.
That request was denied on the grounds that the records are exempt from disclosure under Public Officers Law 87(2)(g), which covers intra-agency and inter-agency materials.
