A Brooklyn man is charged with having 12 pounds of suspected fentanyl in his car after a police chase.

State police say 36-year-old Tyrike Gibbs refused to pull over and led officers on a chase that ended up in Putnam County.

The chase happened on the Taconic Parkway.
