Ingredients

  • 8 mini croissants cut in halves
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 lg eggs
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1tbsp almond extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds

Process

  • Cut mini croissant in halves and place in a casserole pan
  • Mix heavy cream, eggs orange zest, cinnamon, almond extract, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl with whisk
  • Pour mix on top of mini croissant top with mix berries and sliced almond
  • Bake for 25 minutes at 350
  • Cool and finish with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
